Serenity Care and Support Service is certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide HPC services for the I/O waiver, Level 1 waiver, Self Waiver, and private pay.

 Serenity Care and Support is certified to provide HPC Transportation and Non-Medical Transportation.

 The ability to be mobile is critically important for everyone, particularly people who have developmental disabilities. Reliable transportation allows us to participate in the community and to realize our individual goals, leading to greater life opportunities. 

 We currently have one 12 passenger  wheelchair accessible bus and one modified van.

Everyone has different needs. Some of our individuals need drop-in support; some require 24-hour assistance. 

Our Supported Living services focus on each individual’s specific necessities and preferences. Individuals choose where to live and assert responsibility by paying their living expenses. 

Personal resources (earned, benefit, and gift income) are first used to meet basic needs and all living expenses (rent, food, utilities, etc.). The result is a more informal, natural support system.  

Planned respite and emergency placements for your loved ones. We offer 24/7 supervision  Health Care services, and trained and skilled staff with a 24/7 on-call system.

We have compassionate staff that are trained in providing person-centered supports along with medication administration and CPR/first aid.
